Superfood Breakfast Smoothie Bowl #food #lunchrecipe #vegan #vegetarianrecipe #easyrecipe

Smoothie bowls make it simple to pack in a lot of filling superfoods and supplements, beginning the morning out on a dynamically sound note. This can have a significant effect in your vitality and center for the duration of the day. Additionally, they suggest a flavor like ICE CREAM – simply spoon and crunch your approach to breakfast paradise with crisp natural product, granola, coconut chips and whatever garnishes you want.

On a blistering summer morning, there's nothing superior to a fruity, sweet and superfood pressed solidified bowl of unadulterated goodness. I'm absorbing all the smoothie bowls I can while it's as yet hot and sticky! Smoothie bowls in the mid year and warming oats in the winter, right?!

This formula is straightforward yet in addition exceptionally adjustable, as most smoothie bowls seem to be, yet it tastes too invigorating and is not quite the same as any smoothie bowl I've at any point made. Once in a while basic is best since then you can include an entire bundle of fixings without stressing how they will influence the taste.

This Superfood Breakfast Smoothie Bowl turned an excellent pastel mint shading (I'm about shading for smoothie bowls!) from the spirulina I included. Shop my go-to brand of spirulina here. Spirulina is one of my most loved superfoods as it's comprised of 60-70% unadulterated plant protein, complete with 18 amino acids – including all fundamental amino acids. It's effectively retained and effectively processed in the body as well.
