- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup onions, diced
- 1 Tbs vegan butter
- salt, pepper to taste
- Optional:
- 4 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- In a casserole or sauce pan, heat vegan butter and then add onions and garlic. Fry for around 3 minutes until golden.
- Now take the casserole off your stove and go to a food processor or blender. Combine vegan mayo, tomato paste, the optional add ons (maple syrup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika) and the onion and garlic mix from the casserole.
- Blend all until smooth and creamy.
