These Creamy Swedish Meatballs are comfort nourishment at it's best. You start with custom made meatballs made with a blend of ground hamburger, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onions, and flavors. The flavors make these meatballs so extraordinary. Nutmeg and allspice are utilized to give the meatballs a sweet, fiery taste that separates them from your exemplary Italian meatball. To cook the meatballs you sear them until they are impeccably carmelized and cooked through. At that point they go into that rich velvety sauce.

Hamburger stock is added to a roux and whisked gradually until it in light of the fact that a smooth sauce. At that point you add a touch of Worcestershire to give it some additional flavor, and substantial cream to transform it into a tasty, rich, sauce that you're going to need to put on everything.
