I've said before that I'm not the world's greatest asparagus fan. In any case, my young men absolutely love it so I continue testing to discover better approaches to cook it in the expectations that I'll begin to look all starry eyed at.
I have a couple of plans on the site that I believe are entirely acceptable, yet I accept this mushy heated asparagus may very well be my new most loved approach to appreciate this green veggie!
Spot half of your asparagus in a preparing dish, finish it off with a shower of oil, a sprinkle of salt, a little minced garlic, some firm seared bacon, and a bunch of cheddar. I utilized Gruyere here, however you can utilize whatever cheddar you love!
