- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Powdered Erythritol for dusting
- Add the butter, chocolate chips, and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- In a separate bowl, stir together almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Stir in the egg and vanilla into the melted cheese mixture.
